Due to the edible nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return or Refund If:

• The product is expired, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  
• You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  
• You provide photo or video proof of the issue.
  

Not Eligible for Return:

• If the product has been opened or used.
  
• If the return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  

How to Request a Return or Refund:

2. Provide your order number, issue details, and photo/video evidence.
   
3. Our team will review and get back to you within 2 business days.
   

Refunds (if applicable):

Once approved, refunds are processed via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 7 business days.
